STACK-UP Digital Studio ("STACK-UP", "we", "us", "our") is a digital product agency based in Dehradun and Greater Noida, India. We provide UI/UX design, web development, app development, AI automation, video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing services to clients across India and internationally.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, STACK-UP is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through our website (stackup.digital) and in the course of providing our services.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of STACK-UP, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified if this occurs.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. This is a fundamental commitment of STACK-UP.

  • Project Files & Communications: Retained for up to 2 years after project completion, after which they are securely deleted unless otherwise agreed.
  • Website Analytics: Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify individuals.
  • Enquiry Data (Non-Clients): If you contacted us but did not become a client, your data is retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
